We maintain a comprehensive inventory of replacement parts for our signature products, allowing us to provide swift resolutions. WARRANTY INFORMATION

This warranty is an express limited warranty given by Wellness Technology Australia Pty Ltd (“WTAPL”) for the PlusLife Health Range of Ice Baths & Saunas (the “Product”) and is valid for the periods specified within the tables outlined below.

Basic Maintenance Requirements: This warranty requires basic maintenance to be performed by the customer. The basic maintenance includes:

  • Strainer Filter: Regularly clean the strainer filter. See overview video here Cleaning instructions are here.
  • Cartridge Filter: Inspect and maintain the cartridge filter as needed. See video here. Replacement cartridge filters can be purchased on our website.
  • De-dusting the Fan Coil: Keep the fan free of dust to ensure optimal performance. See video here.
  • Chiller Ventilation: Ensure there is at least 2x2 meters of clear space around the chiller for proper ventilation and to prevent overheating of the system.

Making a Claim

To make a claim, the purchaser must notify WTAPL in writing of any alleged defect or malfunction of the Product within the warranty period. The purchaser shall provide evidence of the purchase date and a description of the defect or malfunction. Please submit claims via our contact page.

Standard Claims Procedure

Upon receipt of the claim, WTAPL shall investigate the alleged defect or malfunction and attempt to diagnose and remotely diagnose and provide a solution for the issue through the WTAPL technical support team.

If the WTAPL internal technical support is not able to resolve the issue or the customer is not able or willing to work with them, WTAPL may send an external contractor to the customers location to diagnose and resolve the issue. The customer agrees that they have performed the Basic Maintenance Requirements.

If, upon inspection by WTAPL, the Product is found to be defective or malfunctioning due to faulty parts covered under this warranty and period, WTAPL will, at its option, repair or replace the defective or malfunctioning part(s) free of charge.

If, upon inspection by WTAPL, there are no defects found due to faulty parts and that the Basic Maintenance Requirements have not been performed, the customer will be required to directly pay for the services of the external contractor, and delivery and return fee of the product (if the customer has sent the product to the WTAPL instead of an external contractor visiting the customer).

Technical Servicing Agreement

  1. Liability
    PlusLife Health shall not be held liable for any loss of business, whether financial or otherwise, resulting from a sauna or ice bath being inoperable due to the need for repairs.

  2. Technical Repair Requirements
    To facilitate technical repairs, the customer agrees to provide PlusLife Health with any requested information, including but not limited to photos or videos, to enable remote diagnosis.

  3. Remote Diagnosis
    The customer acknowledges and agrees that repair diagnosis will initially be conducted remotely by the PlusLife Health team to determine the appropriate course of action.

  4. Repair Location
    Customers agree that all repairs will be carried out at PlusLife Health’s Sydney-based repair centre. If the customer requests an on-site technician, they agree to cover the associated costs for such services.

  5. Warranty Coverage
    This servicing is only applicable if the customer’s product is under warranty. For products outside the warranty period, the customer agrees to bear all costs associated with servicing, including but not limited to parts replacement and labour costs.

Terms & Exclusions

Sauna Warranty Terms & Exclusions

  • Pouring water or oils onto the sauna rocks, voids warranty and presents a sigifiant fire hazard.

  • Not maintaining the timber by regularly oiling, particularly the seat and bench and exterior;

  • Allowing people to use enter the sauna from a pool or shower without sitting on a towel will damage the interior cabin and void the warranty for internal cabin.

  • Not using towels on the seat and floor;

  • Continuing to use the sauna with any part broken or not functioning.


Exclusions

  • Damage caused by incorrect electrical installation

  • Damage caused by installation of the product on an unsuitable surface or area

  • Any repairs attempted by anyone other than an authorized agent.

  • Unauthorized maintenance, repairs, alterations, or modifications.

  • Fading and weathering of the surface occurring naturally over time.

  • Damage to straps, locks, and stitching.

  • Damage caused by rodents or termites.

  • Warranties may not cover commercial installations, such as hotels, motels, gyms, or sports clubs where larger user numbers are apparent.

  • Damage caused by earth or ground-fill movement, flooding, or Acts of God.

Commercial Sauna Warranty Terms & Exclusions

  • In addition to the items specified within Sauna Warranty Terms & Exclusions

  • Warranties may not cover commercial installations, such as hotels, motels, gyms, or sports clubs where larger user numbers are apparent.

  • Parts warranty will be voided in the event of misuse of sauna by owner of members/guests of facility where sauna is located. Misuse includes actions such as, but not limited to, pouring water or oil on rocks,

  • Parts warranty will be voided reduced in the event in which WTAPL recommends a specific heater and the customer chooses to select a different heater which is not suitable.

  • WTAPL will not be held liabile for damage, injury or harm caused by use of sauna.

This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including without limitation any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

The rights and remedies provided to the purchaser in this warranty are exclusive and in lieu of all other remedies, including without limitation, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from any breach of warranty or under any other legal theory.

This warranty is valid only in the country of purchase and does not extend to any Product that has been tampered with, misused, abused, neglected, altered, or is otherwise damaged due to causes beyond the control of WTAPL.
