Shipping Prices
Shipping inside of Australia will take place via road-freight, this will be charged and calculated at checkout. If there is no price available at checkout (i.e. the price is calculated as $0, please contact us for a personalised shipping quote.
As a ballpark range of Shipping costs, it ranges from $300 to $750.
Shipping Times
After the expected lead time for your order, there will be a 3-5 business day delivery time. You will be provided with a tracking number upon order dispatch.
The courier will deliver the order on a pallet, and depending on your property type, will be able to deliver it at your front door.
Expected Lead Times
As our Ice Baths and Saunas are customised to each order, there is a lead time, each product page specifies the individual lead time In peak times this can be 8-12 weeks, when order congestion has been relieved we can be same-week dispatch.
We have an express option available to jump the queue which is charged with an additional 20% surcharge.
Refunds
There is a 48 hour cooling off period if you have changed your mind, you are eligible for a full refund within that 48 hour window from the time you made the purchase.
After that 48 hour period, you are eligible for a 75% refund of your deposit up until the moment that your order has been built. After that point, you will no longer be eligible for any refund.
Any customised Ice Bath orders are not eligible for any refund after the 48 hour cooling off period.
We recommend you carefully preview any proposed orders before adding them to your shopping cart and proceeding with your order.
Returns
Within 7 days of receiving your item if the item remains unopened and in original packaging, you may return the item. The return delivery fee is the responsibility of the customer and a 20% restocking fee applies. The refund amount (minus the restocking fee) will be processed back to the customer within 21 days of receiving the item.
