Is it indoor, or outdoor compatible?
We do not recommend this to be outdoors, and the warranty only covers indoor usage.

Do you offer installation for the saunas?
Installation can be provided for an extra fee. Chat with one of our consultants for a quote. With every delivery, we’ll provide an easy-to-follow assembly manual to help you set everything up. For the final touch, we recommend having a certified electrician handle the electrical connections.

What warranty is included?
12 months.

• Every PlusLife Health sauna is carefully hand-built and goes through a detailed quality control process to meet our premium craftsmanship standards. As part of this process, each unit is fully assembled at our facility prior to shipping. This allows us to inspect every element and confirm all parts are included and in perfect condition.
• Production timeframes range between 6 to 12 weeks, depending on the specific model and current manufacturing queue.
• Delivery is available Australia-wide, with curbside drop-off as standard, we also offer the option for white glove service. Please contact our team to get a shipping quote. For properties with restricted access, we suggest being available on the day to help ensure a smooth drop-off.
• All saunas are delivered flat-packed, allowing for easy transportation and installation by moving individual panels to your desired location.
• Free pickup is available from our warehouse.

• The sauna requires assembly.

• A qualified electrician is required for the installation.
• All heaters are hard wired and require an electrician. Harvia sauna heaters do not come with a pre-installed cable for connecting to the power source. The heater itself is designed to be hard wired to an electrical box, and the specific wiring and cable requirements depend on the heater’s power output and the length of the run. You must use a qualified electrician to advise and perform installation.
