How fast does it chill down?
Our ice bath can chill down in as quick as 3 hours from a 20 degree celcius environment. Warmer environments will take longer to chill.

What maintenance is required?
The ice bath has a 3 stage filtration system that is constantly cleaning the water. The maintenance required includes cleaning out and replacing the filters.

What warranty is included?
24 months on the chiller unit and ice bath tub.

How does it drain?
There is a hose attachment that hand-screws into an outlet on the side of the ice bath, this can be connected to a garden hose and guided to a nearby drain.

How tall can I be and comfortably fit?
People of any height can comfortably fit. This bath is perfect for seated/upright position and ensures full submersion.

Are the external stairs included?
No, to keep our ice bath prices as low as possible we offer purchase of this separately. You will be presented an option at the checkout to add to your order, or you may purchase later.
