- These Sales Terms and Conditions govern promotional offers made by Wellness Technology Australia Pty Ltd (ACN 661 558 229), trading as PlusLife Health ("PlusLife Health," "we," "us," or "our"). They apply in addition to our Residential Terms of Service and any terms published for a specific promotion. Where a specific promotion has its own published terms, those terms prevail to the extent of any inconsistency.
- Each promotion will specify its own details, which may include the promotion name, the offer period (start and end dates), the products or orders that are eligible, and the inclusions being offered. An offer applies only to orders placed within the stated offer period.
- Promotions may include complimentary or discounted items, such as free or reduced delivery, complimentary product upgrades, bonus accessories, price reductions, or other added-value inclusions ("Promotional Inclusions").
- All Promotional Inclusions are conditional on full payment of the Order being received in accordance with the payment terms stated on your invoice or at checkout. If full payment is not received by the applicable due date, the Promotional Inclusions will no longer apply, and the standard charges for those items will become payable at their normal rates before your Order is dispatched. We may, at our sole discretion, reinstate Promotional Inclusions where payment is completed shortly after the due date.
- Unless a promotion expressly states otherwise, offers cannot be combined with any other discount, promotion, or offer.
- We may vary, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time before an Order is placed. Changes will not affect orders already accepted under the terms that applied at the time of acceptance.
- Promotional pricing and inclusions have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit except where required by law.
- Nothing in these Sales Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
