Wipe down surfaces every 2–3 weeks to remove sweat and residue. Clean the heater stones and glass monthly. Best of all, no water or filter maintenance is needed.

Everything has changed as i

Everything has changed as i use the ice bath and sauna to keep me disciplined and motivated each day. Ive gone from being pre diabetic and 20kg overweight to running marathons and being in the best shape of my life. I was able to assemble
