My stress and anxiety during this pandemic have doubled being a wife, business woman, and mother at the same time. Ever since I started using this, I love waking up and reconnecting with myself. The cold plunge, I believe, changes my life. It relieves my stress and clarifies my thinking, which is really huge help for people like me.

Most barrel saunas sit you low on curved side benches: cold legs, a hot head, and a wall in the way. The Cove is laid out differently.
You sit near the floor, so your knees and below stay in the cool air while your top half is in the hottest heat. Your head leans into the curve. You feel it most in winter.
The benches sit up high, so your knees are level with the heater and the heat reaches you head to toe. You sit upright against the flat back wall, not the curve.
Bench runs along the back wall and down one side. Sit five people upright, or lie back and stretch out fully.
