1Lesson one
The first week decides it, not the heat
Night one is easy. You would sit in a shed if it were warm enough. Night two you find out where the towel goes. Around night five the novelty runs out, and what carries it from there is a routine, not an appliance.

Using it 3-4 times a week and am absolutely loving it.

Two owners, one shape of answer: not a feeling, a frequency. So decide those evenings now, rather than in week two while you are tired. Not "I will use it a lot". Tuesday and Thursday after the kids are down, Sunday before dinner.
A sauna earns its place through repetition, and nothing else matters if that does not happen.
The practical picture: the first fortnight
- Name the evenings before delivery. Two or three, tied to something that already happens.
- Expect night five. The night you cannot be bothered is the test. Ten minutes counts.
- Leave the phone in the house. The twenty minutes only work if nobody can find you.
- Judge it at a fortnight. Week one is novelty, week two is the truth.
If you cannot name three evenings right now, a sauna might not be for you yet: the three evenings matter more than the model does.
