Super helpful staff and very smooth experience from the first call with Susan to the delivery/install. I would recommend making sure you have enough space to receive the sauna as it comes in a pretty big crate, but they give you exact sizes so its easy to be prepared

A cold plunge first thing in the morning is definitely a love/hate but I am stoked with the product. The Ice Barrel is super durable and keeps temp exactly where I want it (freezing).

Feels like luxury right in our backyard. Absolutely love it and was exactly what we were hoping for. I used to go to a wellness centre once per week and pay about $50 but couldn't justify that price for a crowded and sometimes dirty public sauna
We were initially worried about assembling the sauna ourselves, but PlusLife made it so easy. The instructions were clear, and everything fit together perfectly.
