Yes, built at our European factory using FSC certified Nordic timber (the mark of responsible forestry) and Finnish made Harvia heaters. We visit the factory multiple times a year and see every unit being built. Most "Australian made" saunas on the market are actually mass-produced overseas, mostly in China, sold by people who've only ever seen them in a brochure.
By the time your sauna lands at your home, it's already been built, checked, and understood by people who've done it hundreds of times.
Up to 10 years on key components. The honest answer: our saunas rarely need servicing in the first place. The European build is the reason for that. If anything ever does come up, PlusLife is Australian owned, family run, and has been operating for over five years. We're not a brand that's about to disappear, and that's worth as much most days as the warranty itself.
You don't need to organise installers, builders or trades. We send a fully insured local crew who's done this exact job hundreds of times. Most installs take half a day, you'll be ready to use it the same evening. The only thing we recommend (contractor's level slab/area) we do tell you upfront so it's covered before delivery day.
No. We don't work on commission and we don't run pressure scripts. If you're not ready, you're not ready. The call is genuinely there to help you understand what fits and what doesn't. Plenty of people take a few weeks (or months) to decide, and that's completely fine. When you're ready, we're ready.
